Two bedroom, 2 bathroom with bunk area located on the 19th floor with unbelievable views of the Emerald Waters.
This 19th floor condo is located where everyone wants to vacation! It doesn't get much better than this. An amazing condo, in an amazing location! Everyone is welcome of course! but, the responsible party booking this reservation must be 25 years of age or older and remain present throughout the entire stay.
This newly listed vacation destination is located on the 19th floor with views of the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This Condo is situated in a popular area of Panama City Beach near shopping, activities, and restaurants. This recently updated condo, with new tile floors, has a King in the master with private access to the balcony area and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV attached to the wall. It also features a set of bunk beds in the hallway area across from the second bathroom. The master bathroom has a stand up shower, separate tub, separate area for the toilet, double sink vanity area, and a closet. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway or second bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. You will enjoy the evening sunsets from the private balcony and the added convenience of being on the beach side, so you are close to the pool and beach for the family fun times. The living room features a small sofa that folds out for a single sleeper, chair with foot ottoman, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
The open concept living, dining and kitchen has beautiful views of the beach from the back sliding glass doors, that cover from floor to ceiling to allow the wonderful views to come in, but all the noise to stay out.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, an extended bar area with bar stools, and a washer/ dryer in the unit. There is also free Wifi in the building.
This complex offers a pool and hot tub on the beach side, seasonally heated pool and hot tub on the rooftop of the parking garage in tower 2, gas grills next to each pool deck, and a newly updated fitness room. The property also has a cross over from the covered parking garage to the gulf front tower where the room is located. During peak seasons, you will find a beach side bar & grill for a quick burger and fries or a daiquiri of choice while relaxing next to the pool.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will forfeit the initial 25% payment, received at the time of booking, if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the rental period and a 100% of the booking total if cancelled within 30 days of the rental period. To avoid cancellation fees travel insurance is available and will be offered during the booking process, through a third party vendor.
Deposit Policy
Damage Fee and/or damage protection is required on every booking. This fee covers accidental damage to the unit during your stay, but must be reported immediately to Beachycations in order for the damage protection to be honored.

I will never book through BeachyCations again. Unit in horrible condition. Black mold, water leak, broken furniture. Maintenance in our unit first 3 days then a mold mediation company and then a water leak detection company. We were never offered a different unit to finish our vacation.

Location and beach access was great. Patio furniture ripped we could not use. No wifi, listing was incorrect. Furniture and everything inside condo old and junky. Missing lots of stuff in kitchen most Airbnb's have. Kind of a sad condo that badly needs a major remodel.
