The fourth bedroom features bunk beds which consist of the full on the bottom and a twin on top, which has storage for suitcases under the beds, perfect for the kids, teenagers, and even adults. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The brand new washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway in its own separate room. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will forfeit the initial 25% payment, received at the time of booking, if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the rental period and a 100% of the booking total if cancelled within 30 days of the rental period. To avoid cancellation fees travel insurance is available and will be offered during the booking process, through a third party vendor.
Deposit Policy
Damage Fee and/or damage protection is required on every booking. This fee covers accidental damage to the unit during your stay, but must be reported immediately to Beachycations in order for the damage protection to be honored.

The location was absolutely perfect. Beach front location and great pool. Perfect for large groups. Walmart and other stores within 1 mile. great security and well maintained resort. We had great time. All the furniture and bedding are really outdated. The only thing I would strongly recommend is to dust and improve the cleaning of the apartment. Hair dryers are extremely dirty, extra bed under the bunk bed was dusty and dirty. Found few German cockroaches in the kitchen. Besides those, we had good time.

Awesome place with great access to beach, pool, and splash pad for kids. The staff were super friendly and the condo was beautiful. Limited on places to eat that were distance to walk, especially with little kids.

The location is great. Off the really busy part of the strip. Corner unit so lots of window views. Great little kiddie area for the pool in addition to nice adult pool area. The staff were all very nice. Didn't have a key/access to the fitness center so that was disappointing. Parking was nice and easy. Overall, a good spot to stay.
