Blue Nine #6 is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with awesome, unobstructed, views of the white sand and emerald green waters. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home will be a favorite among all families. As you enter this condo from the ground floor, the direct ocean view will draw your attention immediately. The open floor plan allows for socializing between the living room and kitchen area. The sliding glass door opens out to the large patio deck area to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and allows for additional seating at the bar along with the dining room table. The ground floor also offers a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and access to the full bathroom in the hallway between the bedroom and living room. The stairs will take you to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and its own master en-suite bathroom. The room includes its own private balcony with gulf views. The third bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and a private bathroom. This condo will also allow you the ease of reaching the beach, by just walking out from the back deck straight down to the sugar white sands. This condo is located close to the Hub for dining options and also near the Villages of Rosemary where you can rent bicycles for an afternoon ride down the 19 mile bike trail.

This house does require a hard key for entry, that must be pick up from the office in Panama City Beach, and returned at the time of check out. This is a NON Smoking property, smoking only permitted by the dumpster.

Everyone is welcome of course, but the responsible party booking this reservation must be 25 years of age or older and remain present throughout the entire stay. All reservations with pets will be charged a non-refundable $125.00 pet fee.

This condo has amazing beach access directly from the back patio door. With it being a private beach it wasn’t ever crowded. Though the condos on either side are close, it still felt like a great bit of privacy and was very quiet. The space was easily able to accommodate 6 adults with couches, chairs, and a big inside and outside table for games. We loved having 3 separate bedrooms, each having their own full bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable, but wouldn’t be a deal breaker since it was a great stay otherwise. We would stay here again!!

I hesitate to give this review because I want to keep it secret for our family. The location is outstanding. Needs updating, but everything was clean including the quilts on the bed (which I’ve noticed sometimes don’t get washed at places). We hope to stay again.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will forfeit the initial 25% payment, received at the time of booking, if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the rental period and a 100% of the booking total if cancelled within 30 days of the rental period. To avoid cancellation fees travel insurance is available and will be offered during the booking process, through a third party vendor.
